The Elite Fall Basketball School incorporates 2 hours basketball skill training you have never been through before. Here just a taste of what you will experience:

6:30 pm - 7:00 pm Strength in Motion and Corey Parker, who has worked with and trained athletes in every major professional sport including NBA, NFL, MLB, NHL,MLL and olympic athletes will show you what secrets and training methods the best collegiate and pro athletes use to improve their game.

Improve your explosive jumping power, first step and lateral quickness and on-the- court strength.

Our athletes have seen as much as six inch improvements in vertical jump over an eight week session and as much as ten inches over the time coach parker?s methods were used at Syracuse University.

Take your game athletically to another level. Learn nutritional strategies that improve your stamina, lean muscle mass and decrease body fat.

7:45 pm - 8:30 pm The last 45 minutes will be team skill development with Coach Pudney. Teaching proper use of screens, setting screens, proper cuts without the ball, defensive position on and off the ball.

Shawn Pudney
Director of Syracuse Select basketball, LLC

Shawn has been acting as a coach and President of the Syracuse Select Basketball since 1997. During that time the Select program have grown from 3 teams to 15. Pudney has led his Select teams to numerous titles including several AAU championships, New York State AAU championships as well as several prestigious National tournament titles (Gym Rat, Charlie Weber, Southern Invitational, and Show Down in B-Town, Rochester Rumble, Slam Fest and March Madness Basketball Tournament. Coach Pudney has held the title of Cazenovia College Assisted Men?s Basketball Coach and now serves as the Varsity Assisted at Cazenovia High School. A graduate of Prince George's Community College in Maryland, Shawn earned an Associates degree in Business. Shawn is also active in the community working very closely with the Boys & Girls Club of Syracuse.

Corey Parker MS, CSCS
Director of Strength in Motion

Earned his BA and Master degree in Exercise Science from the University of Maine. Formerly, Corey worked with the University of Maine athletic program and was the Strength and Conditioning Coach at Syracuse University. During his tenure, he designed comprehensive programs for athletes of all sports, and helped to produce athletes who have excelled in the NFL, NBA, NHL, MLB, MLS, and Olympics. In addition to being a guest speaker at the 2006 Section III Annual Meeting, Coach Parker has spread his training knowledge to various coaches throughout New York State, including the following lecture Series: Functional Hamstring Training, High School Soccer Player Development, & Plyometric Training. As the Director of Athletic Development at Strength in Motion, Coach Parker strives for excellence and expects the same from his athletes. Coach Parker has led by example in establishing programs which are based upon practical and ethical means. He has inoculated his performance team with these same values who continue to design and implement speed, power, strength and conditioning.
