2013 Fall Basketball Schools Sessions

The "2013 Fall Basketball School" is the most effective way to prepare yourself for the upcoming Basketball Season. With Corey Parker of Strength and Motion, and Shawn Pudney of Syracuse Select Basketball, the School is designed to prepare every player for this year's basketball season. If you were a player that was cut from a team last year, we will prepare you to make your team this year; and if you were a player that made a team, we will help you refine your skills to become the player you want to become.

The Fall Basketball School incorporates 1 hour and 15 minutes of basketball skill training you have never been through before. Here is just a taste of what you will experience:

The first 30 minutes will be with Corey Parker of Strength and Motion.

The next 45 minutes will be with Coach Pudney of Syracuse Select Basketball who will focus on individual skill development through their high intense tennis ball reaction drills, two ball ball- handling, footwork, shooting, & other high intense workouts, teaching proper use of screens, setting screens, proper cuts without the ball, defensive position on and off the ball.

This year only 25 players per group! Don't be left out!

Bob Atkinson, Skaneateles Parent- "The Syracuse Select program has dramatically improved my son's basketball skills and abilities. Coach Pudney runs a complete and focused program that has made my son a better ball handler, a better shooter, a stronger defender and a smarter on-court player. Coach Pudney not only emphasizes basketball fundamentals, but moves beyond in teaching more advanced skills that players can actually use in their games. Syracuse just doesn't get any better than this."

Greg Stern, Jamesville-Dewitt 2004-2008 and 2012 Graduate and basketball player at Hobart College- "Playing for Coach Pudney and the Syracuse Select program played a huge role in my development as a basketball player. Not only was I able to develop my skills to another level, I learned so much about playing in a team setting on a big stage against the top competition in the country."

Kyle Hawk, current student and player on 2012 State Champions Bishop Ludden- "Coach Pudney and Syracuse Select has helped me improve my game and helped me get in shape for my upcomimg years in my basketball career. The Academy helped me get much stronger with my weak hand."

David Simmons, Henninger High School 2003-2007, and 2012 Graduate of and Basketball Player at Division 1 Central Connecticut-"Syracuse Select fall basketball school has helped me tremendously in preparation for my season. I was given good one on one instruction by the staff and any questions I had were answered. The communication from the coaches was clear and I actually felt as if they wanted to help me. The fundamental drills that I learned there helped me on the college level and I still do them before every practice and game."
